She has published seven main books (NoFear, Talent Management, If you really could…), they have sold over 250,000 copies and have been translated into six languages. Her books are references in universities in Spain and Latin America. Since 2001, he has given more than 2,000 conferences in 21 countries and has had the opportunity to share the keys to leadership, change management and talent to more than 150,000 attendees.

Doctor in Business Organization and graduate in Economic and Business Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He has furthered his studies in the United States at UCLA (University of California Los Angeles), Harvard University and West Point, among others.
